Shenzhen Bay Port FAQ
Call or WhatsApp 6285 8585 with your pickup point, time, number of passengers and luggage. We arrange the car once the flat rate is confirmed.
Shenzhen Bay uses co-location (“one location, two inspections”): we drop you at the Hong Kong Port drop-off area, where you get out to clear immigration. Please follow on-site signs and keep in touch with the driver.
It generally includes the fare, standard luggage and a one-way tunnel toll. Car park fees and extra waiting time may be charged separately; please ask when booking.
You can pre-book the return trip, or WhatsApp / call us after you clear immigration and reach the Hong Kong side. Subject to confirmation.
Shenzhen Bay Port is open daily 06:30–24:00 (subject to official port announcements).
