Terms of Service

1. Service

We provide booked taxi transfers in Hong Kong, including airport, border-port and other routes. You can book by phone or WhatsApp on +852 6285 8585; availability is subject to booking confirmation.

2. Prices

• Prices on the website are for reference only; the actual fare is the amount confirmed when you book.
• Flat rates generally include tunnel tolls and standard luggage; airport return trips pay an extra $16 car park fee.
• If you have unusually many bags (for example more than about 4 large bags) or need a larger vehicle, please tell us when booking; a separately agreed price may apply.

3. Payment

We accept cash, Octopus, PayMe, FPS and credit card.

4. Passenger notes

• Please give us the correct pick-up location, time and contact number, and tell us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp about any delay or change.
• If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible.
• Please follow Hong Kong law and the driver's reasonable safety instructions.

5. Website content

We do our best to keep the website accurate, but routes, prices and service arrangements may change; what is confirmed at booking applies.
