Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Booking details: the name you give us, your phone number, WhatsApp display name, pick-up and drop-off locations, time, number of passengers and bags, and any flight number you choose to share, provided by phone or WhatsApp.
• You provide this information voluntarily. Without the pick-up and drop-off locations, time and a way to contact you, we may not be able to arrange your booking.
• Website browsing data: this website uses Google Analytics 4, which collects browsing data with cookies, such as pages viewed, taps on the Call or WhatsApp buttons, device and browser type, and approximate region. This website has no form that collects your name or phone number.

2. How we use it

• To arrange, confirm and follow up your booking, including contacting you about your trip.
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• We will not use personal data for any other purpose unrelated to the above without your consent.

3. Who it may be transferred to

• The driver handling your trip (only what is needed for the trip).
• Google, which provides our website analytics (Google Analytics).
• WhatsApp, which is run by Meta; messages you send through WhatsApp are covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
• When required by law or by law enforcement acting lawfully.
• Google and Meta may process data outside Hong Kong.

4. How long we keep it

• We do not build a separate customer database.
• Booking messages on WhatsApp and call records remain on our phone or in WhatsApp; we delete them when they are no longer needed for the booking or any follow-up.
• Data collected by Google Analytics is kept according to our Google Analytics setting: 2 months.

5. Cookies

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Refusing cookies does not stop you from viewing prices, calling us or booking on WhatsApp.

6. Security

We take practicable steps to protect the personal data we hold against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use.

7. Access and correction

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you may ask whether we hold your personal data, and request access to and correction of it. Please call or WhatsApp us, and we will handle your request as the Ordinance requires.
